I recommend to those who seek a comfortable and peaceful rest within walking distance from the coast.

I am pleased with my choice of this villa, although I considered several neighboring options at the time of booking.

The house was quite clean and in good condition, so I was comfortable staying there. Plus, I was lucky with the weather, which was sunny and pleasant. And overall, the places here are beautiful.

The sea is close, as well as many other conveniences. I want to separately note the manager Kerim, who was in touch from the first days of booking, answered all my questions, helped with the transfer and organization on-site. There is a pool at the villa, which is a nice option.

This villa is for those who value comfortable rest by the sea at a reasonable price.

Our stay left us with exceptionally pleasant impressions thanks to the accommodation at this villa. The house fully corresponds to the description: comfortable, cozy, and very clean. Surprisingly good planning, where everything is thought out to the smallest detail.

I especially want to note the responsiveness of the manager Kerim. He was always in touch, promptly resolved any questions, and provided useful recommendations for leisure. Plus, he helped with organizing transfers from the airport.

The location of the villa is good, and the beach is literally a few minutes' walk away. It was off-season, but the sea views were beautiful. Also within walking distance is the famous THE LAND OF LEGENDS with a water park, shops, cafes, and atmospheric evening shows.

Our family did not use this option, but if desired, through Kerim you can rent a car in the village to move around independently.

I definitely recommend this villa for those looking for a comfortable and high-quality vacation! We were absolutely delighted and will definitely come back here.

Perhaps, there are no significant downsides. The villa is not new, but the owners maintain it at a very decent level. It's just a pity that our vacation coincided with the non-swimming season because the sea here is so beautiful that we really wanted to swim. But even this did not prevent our family from relaxing and enjoying a comfortable vacation.

I liked everything, especially want to mention Mr. Kerim Durmaz, he was attentive to us.

Excellent location, 5 minutes drive to the sea - two city beaches. 5 minutes drive to Belek, 5 minutes drive to the Legend Park, where it is very beautiful, many restaurants and shops and every evening there is a show. The villa is quiet, with a large green area, there is a terrace, the villa itself is very bright due to large windows 'floor to ceiling'. The villa has high-speed internet.
