Very good stay in a very comfortable villa

Very comfortable villa to spend a good family vacation!!

Practically nothing

Tired villa

The villa is located on a guarded territory (all guards are polite people), 5 km away from the city beach Belcek, a couple of minutes drive to the Land of Legends aquapark, a very cool place: mall with free parking and visits. The villa has a pool that is constantly serviced, with clean water. Canopy with soft furniture, very cozy place to relax. Three residential floors, air conditioners everywhere, bathtub and toilet. The living rooms are tidy. Wi-Fi at a good speed. The house has everything for life: from threads to various kitchen appliances, it feels like people who lived here left for the duration of our stay. The host was in touch and answered all questions even before we booked the villa, speaks Russian. Allowed our friends (a couple) to stay overnight for free. Allowed to leave our belongings at the security checkpoint until late evening for free upon check-out.

The villa itself is a bit tired, moments like peeling paint from the wooden elements of the canopy have not been repaired for a long time, it's not critical, but not very neat. The drinking water from the tap is not suitable, it tastes either strongly of chlorine, or it is taken from the pool, not clear. The same water in the shower. There is no light in the toilet on the first floor, the complex owner said that they have been working on it for a long time)). The key got stuck in the lock, had to call a local worker and wait for the door to be opened. The towels were not very fresh. Payment for electricity and water separately: you will have to pay for several cubic meters of water and for the work of pumps that operate daily in the pool. There was not enough lighting in the pool for more than half of the stay, a sluggish response to our feedback. No one tells you about the payment for pool maintenance, only for light and water)).

When booking a hotel, you need to make a translation of 30% of the cost to the account of a Turkish bank, Booking does not withdraw anything, so there is an additional hassle. The money was transferred somehow using a link sent by the villa owner. The remaining amount is paid in cash only, no cards, checks will also not be accepted))).

Impressions of the villa owner are mixed: he seemed to be in touch, but after the payment, the reaction to feedback and requests was sluggish. Not flexible in terms of discounts for kayaks. In my opinion, does not correspond to a high Booking rating.

P.S. A large family moved into the neighboring villa, they had no water, and they spent days there with children without water and shower, only after insistent requests were they relocated to another villa.
