Kids' entertainers

The hotel has gone downhill

The previous year was perfect, now it's dirty, on the 4th floor there's a sewage smell in the mornings. The towels are clean but smell unpleasant, there are many flies, crawling over the dishes of the buffet, the glasses at the bar are dirty! And all for such money? This is not a 5-star anymore! Before, if you ordered food at the restaurant during the night, you could take it to your room for free, now it's room service, 25 dollars. Definitely not recommended.
