Very Good

I definitely liked the room, the beach, would like a bar on the pier, although there is water. Remarkable restaurant and a low bow to the chef. The food is very tasty.

What I didn't like: insufficient engagement of the staff in guests' leisure. It seemed that tourists were left to themselves in many aspects. The animation was weak, and there were practically no activities for the guests' leisure.

Also, there was a lack of themed dinners by the pool, for example, Turkish nights or just beautiful evening events. I wished there was more attention to the organization of leisure activities and the atmosphere of relaxation.

Separately, I wanted to mention a situation with the à la carte restaurant: we made a reservation in advance as it was my birthday, but in the end, they got it mixed up. This significantly spoiled the impression, as we expected more careful attention from the staff.

Overall, the hotel needs to pay more attention to guests, service, and the organization of entertainment so that guests do not feel neglected.
