Very Good

Definitely liked the room, beach, would have liked a bar on the pier, although there is water there. Remarkable restaurant and a low bow to the chef. The food is very tasty.

What I didn't like: there was a lack of engagement from the staff in entertaining the guests. It seemed that tourists were left to entertain themselves. The animation was weak, and there were practically no activities for the guests to participate in.

Also, there was a lack of themed dinners at the pool, for example, Turkish nights or just beautifully organized evening events. Wanted more attention to be paid to organizing leisure activities and creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Separately, I wanted to note the situation with the a la carte restaurant: we had made a reservation in advance since it was our birthday, but in the end, they got it mixed up. This greatly spoiled the impression because we were expecting a more attentive attitude from the staff.

In general, the hotel should pay more attention to guests, service, and organizing entertainment so that the guests do not feel neglected.

I didn't like it at all

The room is nice

The bath is bad, the reception manager is a liar, the game room is dirty, the hotel is full of drunk people like a bar.
