an enchanting parenthesis with family

the pools, direct access to the beach, a very nice beach itself, the facilities offered, the cleanliness of the place, and the always attentive staff, the Kid Club is great for children

the dining offer is very repetitive and not of high quality, the shows are a bit redundant, they should focus more on concerts... not enough dance nights

Fair

The territory is full of greenery and various tropical plants - this creates a pleasant atmosphere of exotics.

Remarkable children's area - playground.

Guest Relation - bravo. Super team !!! Any requests (fan, bathrobe, blanket - within 20 minutes were fulfilled)!

Aquapark - good equipment, BUT !!!!:

chaos occurs in the children's area: younger children (accompanied by an adult) can spontaneously bump into each other flying off the water slide the older children because of the corner of the steps (although the younger ones were the first in line for the first ride).

Room cleaning:

Mirrors and taps, shower and cabins are not polished,

Mold in shower cabins in corners.

Sea: was muddy and with seaweed up to 5 meters from the shore - further it is cleaner of course. But the children swam with seaweed.

A wonderful stay with some enhancements for added comfort

Beautiful hotel. The accommodation was generous. The children had a variety of activities. The swimming pools were well-maintained and immaculate.

It would be beneficial to have a wider selection of vegan/vegetarian dishes. I prefer having a duvet and sheet in my room as opposed to a thin blanket. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was faulty as it would frequently turn off.
