I highly recommend this hotel! The location is simply perfect, situated right in Kaleiçi, the historic center of the city. You can do everything on foot and explore the area with total ease.
The rooms are fantastic: very spacious, extremely comfortable, and with an excellent shower (which makes all the difference after a day of walking!). The breakfast, although typically Turkish, is super complete and has absolutely everything needed to start the day.
But the highlight is definitely the staff, who are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality exceeded all my expectations!
When I left for Portugal, I forgot a small piece of luggage at the hotel. As I had a group of friends in Alanya who were only returning to Portugal the next day, the staff were extremely generous: they offered to go to the airport the next morning, promptly at 9:30 am, to deliver my bag to my friends and make sure it reached me.
A very special thanks to Muhammed and Han for being so helpful, attentive, and for all the assistance in recovering my luggage. Such attitudes show how much they care about the guests.

Small pleasant pool, quiet environment although a bit noisy in the evening. Parking is small but with the help of the manager, it's ok.
The hotel lacks maintenance. Several things are broken in the room such as curtains, bathroom outlet, toilet paper holder, etc...
