Overall, very good value for the money, but not recommended during high season.

Clean hotel with sea views. The staff works diligently to clean the area, our room was cleaned daily. You can smoke a hookah on the premises, but for an additional fee of minimum 20 euros. The towels can be exchanged daily. The Alia Cart restaurant was tasty, but nothing exceptional.

There were many sunbeds, but sometimes it was hard to find available ones because people would leave their belongings and go to the beach, half of the sunbeds were always empty.

We stayed at the hotel until the end of August 2026. The hotel was crowded, but I can't say we lacked anything. The food and drinks were sufficient, and alcohol was abundant. There was a lot of Russian-speaking staff, with a bit of English being less important.

Near the pool, music played constantly, and the disco ended at midnight. There was a free shuttle to the night club, free entry for hotel guests, different club every day but they were close by. The music didn't bother us, although the noise from guests could be heard.

The hotel price is slightly higher, but understandable due to the peak season, everyone wants to vacation and demand is high.

There was the same music playing every evening at the disco, which became boring, I would recommend changing it. At the reception, we were helped by a guy who didn't speak English or Russian, he tried to assist but was very confused. Information where you can learn about hotel operations as a whole.

Overall, people who were constantly dissatisfied, everything was not to their liking, constantly complaining. Plus, they were partying until 4-5 in the morning, then included their music and yelled across the premises, making the vacation quite noisy.

People fill up their plates abundantly and then waste food, feeling uncomfortable physically. They throw away what they can't finish, and then write that something was lacking. They can't wait in line for more than 5 minutes when wine ran out in the evening, they were constantly rude to the staff. (There were incidents)

Загалом більше не сподобались люди, яким постійно все було не так, постійно на все скаржились. А ще пиячили до 4, 5 ранку вкючали свою колонку і кричали на всю площадку і так було нажаль всю відпустку.

Люди нагрібають повні тарілки їжі ніби живуть останній день🤦🏻‍♀️ відповідно фізично з'їсти це все не можуть, викидають, а потім пишуть, що чогось не вистачило. Не можуть почекати в черзі 5 хвилин, коли вино закінчилось на вечері, постійно грубили персоналу. (Були випадки)

This is one of the best hotels in Kemer. I sincerely recommend staying right here.

Amazing hotel.

Everything was great: clean room, delicious food all day, remarkable beach and pool.

The staff is responsive and friendly.

Constant sewage smell, toilet broken every day, cockroach, food poisoning not surprising under these conditions. Unfortunately, my 2 year old is still sick and suffering from stomach pains.
