Good value for money, although when I booked this hotel initially, I was looking forward to the spa facilities. In reality, the outdoor pools were closed (understandably, it was winter), and the indoor spa was under construction. Only two saunas were operational, and there was some dust due to the construction work.
I enjoyed my time there and used the sauna once, but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
On the other hand, it is conveniently located near the waterfalls, which is beautiful.
It's important to note that there is a high level of noise from planes flying directly overhead. It didn't bother me much, but if I were staying with children, I would choose a different location.

The views were amazing, the staff were all friendly and attentive. Enjoyed my suite, stunning rooms and a well-equipped minibar. Breakfast was a bit challenging for a British taste but I always found something I enjoyed. Lunches and dinners were à la carte with a wide selection.
This was my 2nd visit to this hotel and I will definitely return.
Experienced a storm one night with very strong winds that could be felt against the building; being on the 10th floor was a bit frightening.
