Some furniture and windows were broken, but you only noticed when you tried to open them

Easy to reach by car, private parking. Large room, big balcony, sea view.
Rooms need renovation, old furniture.

SebastianGreat location but very noisy area
The hotel is situated right on the main street by the sea - just a few steps to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The hotel consists of two buildings - one with rooms and the other with small apartments, both with a swimming pool.
The breakfast is good with a variety of Turkish cheeses, bread, fruits and preserves. There is a wide selection of olives, local vegetables and fruits. The coffee and Turkish tea are delicious. Everything is fresh and tasty.
There are small grocery stores nearby.
The sea view is amazing but it comes with noise at night - even though the restaurants below the hotel close at midnight, the loud music continues playing well after, disturbing guests inside.
It is simply impossible to sleep or rest.
The hotel staff have limited English proficiency which may lead to misunderstandings.
In the 'Residence' section, the apartments have a kitchen but no equipment - no cups, glasses, cutlery, plates or pots. To make coffee, we had to use cups from the restaurant after breakfast.
