I don't know where to start. The purest disaster. Luckily we were only there for three days temporarily. It started with the check-in. Supposedly at 2:00 pm. We arrived at 4:30 pm and couldn't get into our room. There were apparently problems and we might have to go to another hotel. Since we didn't agree, we finally got our room around 8:00 pm. The next shock. Even a hostel is cleaner and neater. Nothing worked, neither the air conditioning nor the TV. The bathroom looked more than disgusting. Old, broken, and gross. We went down for dinner. Another shock. Just by looking at it, we felt sick. Moreover, the tables are not properly cleaned. Far from All Inclusive. Apart from Cola and Fanta, there were simply no cold drinks, even served lukewarm. For example, beer after 10:00 pm for a fee. And no free internet. And so on. We have never seen anything like this before. This hotel doesn't even deserve one star. That's that...
