I will not recommend anyone to go

I liked the water park, the pools, the size of the room, and the beach

The rooms are far from the amenities requiring a lot of walking. The room was not clean, and you need to request everything. Despite being all-inclusive, they only provided a few water bottles, no tissue box unless requested. The bed did not have a duvet cover unless asked. The coffee capsules for the machine were never refilled despite requests. The safe box wasn't working, and despite multiple repair requests, it was not fixed. The room service and housekeeping were poor. The food quality ranged from average to bad. I have been to other all-inclusive resorts with better and more varied food options. The entertainment shows were not suitable for young children. The kids' club was smaller compared to other resorts. We had to pay extra for one child, even though we booked a family suite. Additionally, they mistakenly charged us in Turkish Lira instead of Euro, asking for payment again despite us agreeing to pay. They deactivated our keys to ensure we went to settle the bill, which I found disrespectful, especially when returning to the room with a one-year-old and finding the key not working.
