Do not rent a room at this hotel

Nothing

Arrived at 12 pm and were told that check-in was at 2 pm. That's ok, but had to wait another hour after 2 pm because the room was not ready. When the room was finally ready, there was hair on the beds, hair in the bathroom, mirror and sink were dirty. The air conditioning was not working.

We were told to wait in the hotel restaurant until the room was ready, but there was no power and no air conditioning. It was 40 degrees that day, so it was very uncomfortable.

Sad and disappointed

Close to the beach and city center

Check-in time does not match the information on the website, it's only between 14:00-23:00

Uncleaned room upon check-in, no lamp in the room, stubborn stains in the toilet, non-functioning minibar. After 5 days they clean the room for the first time. You have to ask for toilet paper every time and you only get enough for 3 people.

The front desk lady was very attentive to us... She always solves everything.

Stay far away from here!

The location was close to the beach and nightlife.

First and foremost, do not book this hotel! This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at!

There were problems right from the start. We arrived at a dirty room. Lots of hair on the floor, bird droppings on the balcony, and the veranda door was almost impossible to open.

The cleanliness was awful. They did not come to clean every 3 days as stated on their website. We had to insist on cleaning, and during the first week, they did not clean our room. We had to remove the garbage ourselves from the room.

Damp bedding, tattered towels, and bedding.

The hotel manager was uncooperative and did not care about the complaints we raised, responding very unprofessionally each time and getting angry.

After the cleaning staff had cleaned the few times they did, it smelled musty. They used the same dirty mop everywhere, both to clean the bird droppings and then the room.

We asked for compensation, either in the form of a late check-out on the day of departure or a reduced price for the stay. The response we received was that they did not deal with such requests.
