Staff was extremely friendly and made you feel very welcome.
Although not a children's hotel, it was very pleasant to be there with children
The room is a bit small, but sufficient for the time spent in the room.

The hotel and its surroundings (pool, beach) are regularly cleaned. The staff, from the cleaners to the waiters, are all friendly, helpful, and smiley. The food selection is abundant.
We were a bit disappointed with the hotel. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon. Upon arrival, they informed us that according to their records, we still had to pay 80 euros. We had already paid the full amount through Booking. Then the receptionist said they would ask the manager. In the end, we didn't have to pay extra, but the whole situation was uncomfortable. We also notified the hotel that we were honeymooners. They said they would do everything to make our holiday unforgettable. However, we did not receive any extra attention, although we saw that other guests, who were also celebrating special occasions (birthday, anniversary), had a nicely set table at dinner and even a fruit bowl brought to their room. The room decor is quite average. The wellness section is basically a few rooms where you can pay for massages. During our stay, we noticed that this hotel is mostly geared towards German retirees. Overall, it is overpriced. We have stayed in similar standard hotels for significantly less.
