The buffet restaurant can be noisy, making it unpleasant for dinner.
Upon check-in, we were handed our keys and left to find our own way to our room. There was a lack of hospitality and no orientation provided about the resort. Due to the language barrier, communication was challenging as English was not widely spoken.
Vegetarian food options are not clearly labelled in the buffet, making it difficult to identify suitable choices for vegetarians.
The resort primarily caters to European and Turkish clientele, with limited consideration for Indian dietary requirements.
This is an expensive resort with unwelcoming staff. I do not plan to revisit.
