Below Our Expectations

One of the most positive aspects of the hotel was the generally cheerful and helpful attitude of the staff. Especially the waiters, bartenders, kitchen staff, and animation team were quite attentive and friendly. The attention of the animation team to families with children was also nice.

Unfortunately, there was a big gap between the service we received and the price we paid. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Despite requesting our room to be cleaned several times, the cleanliness was definitely insufficient. We expected a much cleaner and tidier environment from a hotel of this level.

Additionally, it was quite difficult to find a responsible person to address any issues or provide assistance when needed. Not being able to find a representative to listen to your problem and provide a solution was a major drawback.

While the cheerful and helpful attitude of the staff was nice, we believe that the overall quality of service at the hotel, especially in terms of cleanliness, handling of issues, and variety of food, unfortunately did not justify the price we paid.

The service was good, the staff was friendly, and the food was not bad.

The sea is very pebbly, hurting your feet. The sea was too wavy, so we couldn't see much of it.

Disappointment

I booked private parking but upon arrival, I had to park outside while there was plenty of space in the private parking. I called the booking intermediary who did not answer the phone, emails were replied to the next day. Communication with the booking intermediary was extremely poor. I tried calling 10 times but no answer.
