Horrible facilities except for the pool. Staff were great but didn't make up for the disgusting facilities there. Place

The only positive things about this hotel are the views, the pool, the location and the helpful staff.

Other than those positives, everything else was atrocious. Our beds were dirty, hair on our pillows when we checked in, the general state of the room was horrendous, broken toilet buttons, old broken bedside tables, just really bad. We then had a major issue which was that we found two cockroaches in the bathroom when we woke up which came through the hole at the back of the toilet which indicates a cockroach infestation possibly in the walls. My girlfriend was very uncomfortable and felt uneasy about staying on our last night but we decided to anyway as we got told by staff that our room would get sprayed and we got relocated to a different room. This other room still had the same poor facilities including a completely broken window which we could not close as it was the top part was off its hinges. The power kept going off throughout our 3 day stay. We were overcharged for breakfast which was mediocre to say the least which has stale chips and cereal included.
