Sometimes hot water came from the tap instead of cold. The door in the shower was difficult to close.

Very Good

The hotel exceeded our expectations significantly. The main highlight is the excellent staff. Many local employees and guys from CIS countries work here, and they really try hard. Especially impressive is the restaurant team's work: they clean and serve tables very quickly.

Food may seem a bit monotonous to some, but we were satisfied. There were always vegetables, Turkish dishes, and a good selection of other food. Almost every night they prepared something interesting, like lamb. Over ten days, the food didn't get boring for us.

I want to separately mention the animators' team. We hardly participated in the activities since it's not really our thing, but it was evident that other guests really enjoyed it. The animators constantly tried to engage people, hosted pool parties, contests, and musical programs.

The children enjoyed the water slides, and the pools were also nice. The beach is nearby, well-maintained, with own fixed sunbeds behind the hotel, so there were no issues with finding a spot. Overall, we were very pleased with the stay.

Among the downsides is the loud music playing both day and until around 23:00. For those who want to relax during the day or go to bed early, this can be very disruptive. It's better to request a room with windows facing the opposite side in advance. That's exactly what we did: the staff easily accommodated our request and moved us.
