Exceptionnel

Large hotel and overall had a wonderful experience.

Food: Absolutely fantastic! There was a huge variety, including excellent Turkish cuisine. The themed nights were great, especially one evening with sushi, popcorn, and cotton candy.

Room: We were given a beautiful, spacious room with a lovely partial sea view.

Location: The location is perfect—peaceful and away from the city bustle, yet just a few steps from the beach. It’s also very convenient, with shops nearby and a bus stop right outside with direct lines to Kemer and Antalya.

Staff & Entertainment: The entire team is incredibly hardworking, polite, and helpful, from the enthusiastic animators to the chefs and cleaning staff. We also really enjoyed the themed evenings, particularly the dance shows.

Amenities: Having two water slides was a great bonus.

Wi-Fi: The connection was quite weak, especially on the beach, and better working in the room.

Room details: The hairdryer in our room didn’t work, the shower pressure was low, and the TV channels were locked, so we couldn’t watch the FIFA matches.

Language barrier: As the majority of the guests are Russian, Russian is the main language used for communication and entertainment. While some English was spoken, non-Russian speakers might feel a bit left out during themed nights.

Sunbeds & Crowd behavior: During peak season, sunbeds at the pool and beach were limited, and many guests reserved them before breakfast. Some guests were also quite pushy at the buffet. Larger umbrellas on the beach would also be a plus.

Spa & Towels: The free spa options were disappointing; the Turkish bath was always crowded, and the steam room was too hot to enter. Additionally, the window for exchanging beach towels is limited to only 2 hours a day.

Despite these minor shortcomings, we had a lovely holiday and believe this hotel is a great choice. We hope the management takes these small points into consideration to make it even perfect!
