Exceptional

What an amazing place!!! Everything was perfect. There were 13 of us and the room was very comfortable for us all. From check-in to check-out, everything was excellent. The views from all the room balconies were fabulous, especially the one where we could see the Lower Duden Falls.

The water temperature fluctuates when using the shower, but that's understandable. We didn't have a toaster for bread.

Superb location right on Lara beach, good WhatsApp support. All the amenities we needed in the room were available and the views from the room are amazing. Very accommodating as we received early check-in and late check-out.

The hot water tank could have been a little bigger, as there were 7 of us and it ran out by the 4th shower. In one bathroom, the shower mixer needs to be replaced. Also, having carpets on the balcony is not ideal; the balcony never dried out after the rain.
