Only the breakfast.

The rooms were extremely hot. We had booked two rooms, but there was no air conditioning at all in the children's bedroom. It was unbearably hot, and we were literally roasting. We ended up bringing the children's mattresses into the other room and all four of us slept in the same room. We were travelling with a 2-year-old child, and we were staying on the top floor with no elevator. This was not mentioned anywhere on Booking.com.

Because of the excessive heat, I asked if we could change rooms. We were moved to another room, but once again it was on the top floor and unbearably hot.

The customer service was terrible. Nobody seemed to know how to answer our questions or help with anything. When we asked for a taxi, we were quoted ridiculously high prices, even though the taxi meter showed a completely different amount.

The breakfast food was good, but the hotel owner was rude and snapped at other guests, which was very uncomfortable to witness. Our children had almost no appetite because of the heat, so we did not eat much ourselves either.

The location was also very disappointing and far from everything, despite being described differently when booking.

Overall, this was a very poor experience. We will definitely never return, and I would especially not recommend this hotel to families with children.

I think he's like that because things are not going so well there anymore and everything is going downhill.

Exceptional

The rooms are comfortable, we had one bedroom. For a three-day vacation between flights, this is excellent. The pool is clean. Children swam during these days. We had a good rest. There is a bus to the center nearby, payment is by card.

Not very convenient that the transfer to the beach is only at 11 a.m. And it's far to walk in the heat. But you can take the bus, of course.
