KristinaIt was okay, but I won't be staying there again.
The location is great.
I don't know how to say this, but it wasn't clean enough. There were dirty blood-like stains under the hand basin in the bathroom, and the fittings in the shower were hanging off. Additionally, our door lock wasn't working. The staff were lovely and very friendly, but there is room for a lot of improvement in terms of the property itself and the elevator, which had a really long wait time.

Terrible hotel. The allocated room did not meet the expected standards. The television is not functioning properly. The air conditioning system is noisy and malfunctioning. The room provided was exceptionally compact. The Wi-Fi signal does not adequately cover the rooms. Furthermore, in the morning, an unclothed individual forcefully knocked on my door, and I have CCTV footage as evidence.
