We rested with our daughter from June 19 to July 10, 2026. Before choosing this hotel, I read reviews and understood that aiming for perfect cleanliness is not necessary, but for me it wasn't the most important moment. That's why I brought napkins, wipes, a sponge, and cleaning supplies with me. After 15 minutes, the room was of the cleanliness level I needed. This hotel has a super cool location for such a price. During the vacation, I looked at other hotels in the area and realized that if I go back to the Konnyalti coast, I will stay here again. The bus stop is nearby, and the beach is a 3-minute walk away, no need to turn anywhere, the seaside is amazingly beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for both walks and recreation. A supermarket is right across, but for a wider assortment, Migros is a 5-minute walk. Ulochka with a huge selection of cafes and a square is on the adjacent road. The fitness center is right across. In this hotel, the most important thing is CLEAN BEDDING AND TOWELS, even if they are a bit old. The breakfasts are good, you won't stay hungry. There was no smell of smoke in our room. Thanks to everyone working at this hotel, they are responsive and friendly, always responded to requests for help with any questions. We had a great rest.

The location is just a 4-minute walk from the beach, very convenient.

The hotel is UNCLEAN and extremely outdated. The WiFi doesn't work; I had to communicate with the staff using gestures and Google Translate. The hotel is really, REALLY filthy. The bed is very uncomfortable. The breakfast is the same every day, and since I stayed for 8 days, it was not enjoyable. Moreover, there is no elevator to the second floor, so you have to go up to the 3rd floor and then back down 1 floor, which is not convenient with luggage.
