Stayed at this hotel in July 2026. Approximately 90% of guests are Turkish families with many children. Very few tourists from other countries.
(+) The hotel is located a two-minute walk from the main street with all the shops, cafes, and restaurants, and about 5-7 minutes walk to the beach.
(+) Initially, I booked the cheapest room, but then paid an extra 50 euros for 5 days and moved to a better room on the fifth floor with a sea view. The view was truly beautiful. The room itself was good, spacious, and the air conditioner worked great.
(+) All the staff were very friendly, and whenever I had any questions or issues, they always tried to help resolve the situation.
(-) Even in the best room, the hotel practically has no soundproofing. The walls are paper-thin. I could hear how many people were in the neighboring room, whether it was a man, woman, or children. The lack of soundproofing was a significant downside for me because I came to relax and proper sleep at night was practically impossible.
(-) I did not like the beach near the hotel. Firstly, the water there was noticeably dirtier than on other beaches in the area. Secondly, the sunbeds are more expensive. Additionally, the person collecting money did not provide any receipt or voucher confirming the payment (keeps a secret account). Some of my companions stayed at the Kandеlor hotel, next to beach №106. We visited that beach several times, and personally, I liked that beach much more: cleaner water, lower prices, issuance of confirmation for sunbed/long chair, and a more pleasant atmosphere.
(-) Another downside was the Wi-Fi. The hotel's description indicated that the internet works throughout the territory, including the rooms. However, during 2 out of 5 days of my stay, there were constant problems. The internet either worked only in the lobby or did not work at all. I needed to work on my computer a bit, so this caused significant discomfort.
(-) Right next to the hotel is a mosque. Several times a day, loud calls to prayer are heard; the problem is that this always happens very unexpectedly and loudly, which scared me due to the unfamiliarity, especially at night.
Overall, I understand that this is a budget hotel, so I did not have high expectations. But if I were to visit Alanya again, I would probably pay a bit more and choose a different place.
