I really liked the staff, especially Serkan Sapmazturk and Omit Yiglin, they did a good job, my suitcase was taken by guests accidentally without supervision, these two people found it momentarily at the airport and brought it to me. Yes, the hotel definitely needs repairs, I am definitely tired, but there are also its advantages and spiritual things in this hotel. The service of the bartenders was also attractive, everything was good, we received an immediate answer to any question right here.

Friendly staff, ready to help. Varied food, good fruits and vegetables, lots of greens. SPA massage therapists are magnificent, especially Rabia from Indonesia. Entertainment variety, disco by the pool and foamy party are just super!
Elevators are slow, given the amount of people, but we preferred to walk up the stairs, good fitness.
