Overall,
The cleaning of the rooms was not good at all. The rooms were sandy and there was no soap in the bathroom upon arrival, you have to ask them to refill soap and shampoo. Otherwise, the room was newly renovated and comfortable. The hotel is very big. It takes a while to get to the dining area and other facilities, which was a bit strenuous especially with small children. For example, the gym is located 15 minutes away from my room. There was the possibility to use two different gyms, which I found very enjoyable. However, the opening hours were a bit odd. One would prefer to exercise early in the morning to skip exercising during the day and miss activities with the children. The restaurant was like the other hotels in Antalya a bit chaotic with queues, but I think that is normal considering the number of guests. The staff at the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. The food was monotonous with the same selection every day, it would not suit someone looking for delicious dishes, but for us, it was completely okay. The food variety should be improved. There were many pools and the aquapark was fun for the children. Evening activities were good; children's activities should be developed as it is a kids concept hotel. But overall, it was okay for the children. We had a good time with everything, and the kids had a wonderful time.

Everything was very good but it was very bad to give 1 room to a family of 4 people but the food, cleanliness, staff, and animations were great, thanks for everything

Polite friendly staff. Beautiful large territory. Many bars, evening entertainments. Excellent slides for children, large pools.
Food didn't impress. But a wide choice, you won't stay hungry)
