A good hotel in a quiet location

Cozy small hotel in Chamyu. Away from noisy parties and bustling streets. Perfect for a relaxing and peaceful stay. Everywhere very clean and room cleaning is excellent. There are always enough sunbeds at the pool and on the beach, we had no problems at any time. The hotel has its own beach at a 5-minute walk. Clean, uncrowded. There is a beach bar with all the necessities: food and drinks. The staff is polite and always ready to help! A separate star for the restaurant. If breakfast and lunch are ordinary, then dinner is a feast! Borscht! Cutlets! Very tasty, like at home. I highly recommend the hotel for a peaceful family vacation.

Very Good

I rested with children in July in this hotel. The hotel is small, quiet. I specifically chose such a hotel, with my little child it was just what I needed 👍 The hotel is clean, the staff is always there to help.

The food is varied and mostly tasty, always enough.

The sea is gorgeous, clean. The beach is not far from the hotel, 5-7 minutes. Nearby there is a pharmacy with very good prices!

The staff is remarkable. Everyone is very polite and friendly. It feels like the whole staff loves their job and takes care of the guests. They always asked if everything was good, etc... The administrators at the reception are very nice!! 😍 Everyone helped with everything. They arranged a great transfer from the airport and back. Upon check-in, they changed our room to a family one, without additional payment. Huge thanks to you all 🙏

It's okay, but this is not the best experience

A rather modest hotel. Of course, this is not a 4-star in terms of service. The room doesn't even have cups or tea bags. Changed the room, something doesn't work in each one - leaking/missing showerhead. Non-working telephone/TV remote, etc. Several times there was no water in the shower during the day.

The territory is small, around the pool. Two small slides. Thanks to the excellent animators and the receptionist who helped change the room.

Limited food choices, it depends on the day. Sometimes everything is excellent and tasty. Sometimes it's hard to find something to eat. Dinner from 19 to 21. If you come early, it's hard to find a seat. If you come in the middle/end, sometimes it's impossible to find something to eat (if you are not a vegetarian). No description of the budget room, which is actually a room in the basement.

Changing the beach towel every three days in the room - how it should work is completely unclear. They need to be left in the room during cleaning, when they are most needed. Had to request changing the towel. The cleanliness quality is below average.

There is a private beach. Well, what can I say - it would have been worse if it wasn't there. But its arrangement leaves you wishing for better.
