Pleasant experience

An unusual experience that allows you to relax after noisy hotels. The hotel consists of two areas, a calm lounge and a noisy classic bar area! Your meals will be in a restaurant format, we enjoyed it when instead of a regular canteen, they bring you a menu and fulfill any whim (although my family is not from such). A great quiet pool in Asian style and a beach format are amazing!

The hotel team is the best in all of Lara, we were both in the bar and in nirvana, apparently due to the small number of rooms (mostly villas) the staff can afford individual communication with everyone!

The rooms are certainly tired and despite the cosmetic repairs, the pillows, blankets, towels, and bathrobes are old and worn out, seen decades ago!

Great vacation

Everything was great 😊

We stayed in a villa, a transfer from the hotel came to pick us up. We were greeted by amazing girls Valeria and Nergiz with snacks, champagne, and non-alcoholic cocktails for the kids. They took our luggage to the villa while we had dinner, then they also took us. Throughout the journey, we could get a ride to the necessary location just by calling or writing. Also included were two a la carte meals for free, which these girls also booked for us. They constantly asked if everything was good and comfortable for us. Everyone was just incredibly polite and helpful. Free food delivery from the menu 24 hours a day is possible as well.

Tasty cocktails, luxurious food, Italian ice cream in packages, Mixology bar cocktails were all masterpieces. The adult water park was enjoyable, the children's water park was very good, the small pool was heated.

Room cleanliness 10/10, daily cleaning, the mini bar and snacks were refilled daily, with a wide selection. The room greeted us with a bouquet of flowers, a bottle of wine, and there was always tea and coffee.

We really liked it, we will definitely come back ❤️

An Exceptional Stay from Start to Finish

Exceptional service at the rooms, without a doubt the best we’ve experienced in an all-inclusive resort.

A special thank you to Nergiz, Valeriia and Tuğçe at reception, who were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. They were incredibly kind, always available, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism and warmth truly made our stay even more special.

We would also like to give a special mention to all the staff at the Mavi Main Restaurant and the Beach Restaurant. The service was outstanding, attentive, welcoming, and always delivered with a smile.

The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a real à la carte feeling rather than the typical all-inclusive experience. The cocktails were also surprisingly good and of very high quality.

The facilities and outdoor areas are beautifully maintained, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The pools are peaceful, pleasant, and never felt overcrowded. The entire rooms area genuinely offers a premium environment, combining privacy, comfort, and luxury.

We truly enjoyed every moment and especially appreciated all the little thoughtful touches that made such a big difference. This place genuinely delivers a true 5-star experience.

Absolutely nothing.

Very Good

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and we were absolutely satisfied with our experience. The staff were very helpful, especially the managers Evgenia and Lyudmila. They responded quickly and assisted us in resolving a few issues during our stay. All the other staff members were also polite and professional. We would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

As for the negative aspects, three adults in our group felt unwell during the first two days. It may have been due to adaptation, as we felt much better afterwards, but we did avoid certain foods for a while just in case.

We were also a bit surprised to see some staff handling food with bare hands, for example when adjusting items like salads. This could be improved to ensure higher hygiene standards.
