AbinaThis hotel does not deserve any stars; the staff and facilities are poor.
The staff are extremely rude; they do not allow you to take food, they are racist. The food does not taste good. The swimming pool water slides are not stable or safe enough to use. The hotel's location is not good as there are no dining options around. The transportation is bad, and locals charge tourists crazy prices.

All the employees were very good. The rest was disappointing.
All the working youngsters were like gold kids. But they were criticized a lot by the bosses, and this was lowering the motivation of the youngsters. It seemed to me that they were doing their job involuntarily. Especially the Kurdish youngsters were criticized a lot, they were even hesitant to speak their own language with us, and this made me very sad. The pools were very, very dirty, we only entered once a week. Everything was very dirty, we couldn't sleep in room 1416 because of the sewage smell, I used to cover all the sink holes at night. The air conditioners were working fine but the water from the drain pipe was flowing directly onto the balcony, I spread all the dirty towels on the balcony floor so that the kids wouldn't slip. In my life, I saw such a dirty elevator there. We drank Lezo all week, thinking it was orange, apple, cherry juice. The beach was a complete fiasco on its own. The transfer bus seemed like it was going to tip over all the time. We are living in 2026. The rent-a-car people were conning people right and left, even at the spa, the employees were not afraid to cheat.
