We spent 3 nights here. The hotel is well-located by the sea and offers peace and comfort.

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Upon arrival, our Booking.com room reservation was unavailable. The staff's response lacked apology, and instead, unnecessary conflict arose. A meagre meal was later offered as compensation, consisting only of the cheapest options. Additionally, a power outage forced us to check out in the dark.

Overall, the hotel was good, but the staff, particularly the manager, did not prioritise the guests' needs or seek solutions.

The beach was too crowded, sunbeds literally next to each other.

Staff was smoking next to the hotel guest, this is something I can't understand and tolerate, I'm working in restaurants/hotels industry for almost 2 decades and it's something wrong
