One of the receptionists, Ramazan, was very polite.
The other receptionist was extremely unsympathetic, and the cleaning staff was also rude. Breakfast was very minimal for 5 people. Despite booking for 5 people, we were given a room with only 2 beds. The children had to sleep together on the couch.
The cleanliness was terrible, the water from the faucet was very bad, and the bathrooms were dirty.
