Wonderful staff. Thank you, Şükriye! We appreciated the help with transfer to the airport, a welcoming fruit basket with snacks and answering all of our questions. Daily cleaning was also included. Nice location, quite spacious rooms.

The only real issue was the wifi. It was weak and unstable.

Clean apartment. Mrs. Sukuriye was extremely friendly.

We had a very small living room without a dining area. We were obliged to eat outside. Unfortunately, it was not pleasant because of the sun. The photos did not match the apartment. Also, when booking, it was stated that the apartment overlooks the pool, which was unfortunately not the case.

Upon our arrival, we were informed that contrary to the information on Booking.com, there was no private parking available. This was allegedly due to an 'error at Booking.com.'

Even more serious, however, was that the room we booked was only available for one of the three reserved nights. This was not communicated to us immediately, but only after all four family members arrived at the reception with our numerous bags. Although there was plenty of time beforehand to provide such information, we were not notified. Instead, we had previously received a message offering organized excursions.

The lady at the reception explained that she had reserved a room in a neighboring hotel for the remaining two nights. Despite these two significant disappointments - no private parking and the booked room available for only one night - we were asked to pay immediately. However, we insisted on first inspecting the replacement room.

The other hotel was a big disappointment: it was a simple one-star hotel, a significant downgrade from our original booking. As compensation, a complimentary breakfast was generously offered to us.

We declined both the replacement room and the complimentary breakfast and stayed only one night at the originally booked hotel. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we then had to spend a lot of time finding accommodation for the next two nights at short notice. Finally, we found a comparable hotel but had to pay almost double due to the last-minute booking on-site.

The unreliability and unprofessionalism of this hotel cost us a lot of time and additional money.
