Exceptional

We stayed at this hotel with two families. We arrived from Russia on our own, so when choosing a hotel, the most important criterion for us was payment upon check-in, as our cards do not work. I chose the hotel based on reviews and a high rating. We were greeted at the reception by the remarkable Evgeniya, who told us everything, connected us to WiFi. We had a large two-room family room with a balcony and all the necessary amenities. Cleaning with towel change was done daily. On the hotel grounds, there is a large pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Also, there are turtles living on the premises, which children fed every day. Nearby there is a forest and mountains. The hotel is far from the beach, but there is a very convenient transfer to the beach and back. In the evening, they also provide a transfer to the city center and back. The food is tasty and diverse, new dishes were prepared on the grill/spit every day. There is a very wide choice of desserts. In general, we liked everything!

It is not possible to walk to the beach in the heat. There is no children's animation.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Communication was smooth and professional, both during the reservation process and throughout our stay. After learning that we were on our honeymoon, they kindly decorated our room, which was a wonderful and thoughtful surprise. The hotel was clean, and I especially liked the location - it was quiet, peaceful, and in a clean area. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The main issue was the pool area. Many guests reserved sun loungers by leaving their towels on them early in the morning, then went for breakfast or returned to their rooms for a long time before actually using them. As a result, it was often difficult to find an available sun lounger. I believe the hotel staff should address this issue and discourage the practice of reserving loungers for extended periods without using them.

It would also be great if the hotel offered evening entertainment every night instead of only twice a week, as this would make the stay even more enjoyable.
