Pleasant

- Great location with many nearby amenities, easy access to the beach, close to Alanya castle

- The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful

- The rooms are decent, equipped with good air conditioning

- Comfortable mattresses and pillows

- The main downside is the hotel's greed - they charge for every little thing. Although they claim to have a private beach, sunbeds come at an extra cost per day. Pool towels also require an additional fee. Guests even have to pay for dinner, as drinks are not included. Surprisingly, even water is not complimentary. Moreover, signs are posted to discourage guests from bringing their own food and drinks.

- The *beach bar staff* managing sunbeds at Kleopatra beach are extremely rude and aggressive. There is only one shower near the bar, leading to long queues. Bartenders yell at guests seeking shade and rudely chase them away. They even intimidate people attempting to pass through their area. This behavior is unacceptable.

- The pool area is quite small

- There is no air conditioning in the hallways, common areas, and restaurant

- The dinner food options are very limited and of poor quality

Overall well worth the money and very satisfied

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast with super hot 🔥 strong coffee lovely fresh fruit and vegetables and super eggs and breads. Pool very nice and easy to get sunbeds even in August especially if up between 07.45-09.00.

Hotel bedroom nice lovely beds and great pillows.

The sunbeds being black were very hot and you needed to cover them all not to burn recommend a lighter colour when you next upgrade or replace them can't go wrong with white 😊 karaoke night went on too long and is very painful to listen too if not involved hotel bedrooms not sound proof at all so it's like they are in your bedroom singing awfully 😂 recommend 23.00 finish and turn volume down.

Belly dancer was also a bit disappointing very short solo performance then more interested in getting lots of photos with guests which was of course about making money.

Recommend a weekly entertainment notice board listing all the activities rather just each night.

Also recommend a bedside lamp that is brighter so you can read a book the lights are quite dim next to bed.
