Hotel location

Cleanliness and poor room service as they were off! We checked in at 10 PM, and we couldn't get extra blankets or replacement of dirty sheets, broken door locks

Overall, the location is great, with restaurants a few minutes' walk away.

The hotel was recently renovated or in the process of being renovated, which made the hotel feel 'newer.'

The usual breakfast area was being renovated, so we dined outside the entrance on the hotel's 'veranda,' which was nice as it was much cooler in the hot weather.

The breakfast was good and sufficient for a day out on a tour. The hotel was within walking distance to the coastal area and on the bus route. The tram station was also within walking distance.

Breakfast could be earlier (8 is too late), as tour operators pick up passengers soon after 8 am, not allowing much time to enjoy breakfast if it is included.
