Great location, beautiful mountain view, comfortable poolside areas. Pleasant staff.
The room smelled like a stable, the toilet is right next to the shower and is always wet, wet toilet paper, and there is a puddle of water in the entire bathroom. The repairs seem unfinished. There is only one card for the room, which includes lights and other electrical devices. To charge your phone, you need to sit in the room while it's charging.
The food is not very good, the menu is basic and not always tasty.
Bartenders refuse to pour as much alcohol as you ask for, despite it being all-inclusive and without limits; they restrict you. The alcohol is of low quality.
The beach is far, and it is a rocky beach.
