You can't make complaints, there is no manager unfortunately, no one listens, no interest or attention, more than 4 stars does not worth, every day routine poolside

Fun and sunshine, lots of fun and sunshine!

The hotel offers a fantastic pool and slides for children. There is always plenty of food available throughout the day. The communal areas are kept extremely clean.

Having dinner was sometimes stressful, possibly due to the short serving hours from 7-9 pm. It tends to get crowded at 7 and quiet by 9. Starting the meal service a bit earlier could improve the experience. The food and entertainment are mainly aimed at Russian guests, which is understandable but worth noting. The rooms are small, but we didn't spend much time in them.

Stunning hotel with impeccable service and very cozy room, delicious food, staff very polite and hospitable.

Ideal cleanliness, regular cleaning, very good soundproofing, proximity to the beach, tasty and diverse breakfasts, hospitality of the staff.

Weak internet.
