I unfortunately will not come back.

The building itself and the rooms look relatively good. The room service was nice, the towels were changed every day, the drinking water refilled. However, the towels also seemed quite worn out. When we checked in, we were given a smaller room than what we had booked. We pointed this out to the staff and then were given three alternatives to look at. Although it was a kind gesture, each room had some shortcomings, and all of them were noisy, either due to the parking lot at the back, a row of AC units on the side of the building, or the front music.

Every evening or night, there was a very loud entertainment program (karaoke, party), you could hear the bass despite closed windows and earplugs, and it lasted until 1:00, even though it's supposed to be a family hotel with many children present.

The restaurant was quite disappointing, more like a canteen. There were not enough tables, and you had to constantly chase after the waiters and ask them to clean and set a table that had become free. The carts with food leftovers and dirty dishes were practically right in front of the tables or in guests' faces. Often they didn't even wipe the table and left the used paper placemats from previous guests on, only replacing the cutlery. The cutlery was not clean enough, often with food residues. All the alcohol was fake except for the Turkish wine, whose quality was also questionable. Almost the same dishes were served every day, the cold dishes were not refilled, so only the first guests got something. The hummus often tasted sour. Overall, we had the impression that there was no proper hygiene concept and that the staff did not care to do their job properly.

A hotel with a bad smell, offering below-average food and service that does not meet 5-star standards.

- Added Benefit: Free parking available and easily accessible.

- Friendly Staff: Most of the staff were nice and helpful (excluding restaurant staff).

- Serious Cleanliness Problems: Strong sewage smell in the room from the bathroom; unpleasant odors detected in the hallways and the restaurant; disorderly beverage and coffee stations in the restaurant, with some dirty dishes as well.

- Substandard Quality for a 5-star hotel: Below-par food and drinks (e.g., instant coffee, limited protein options).

- Extensive Maintenance Issues: The hotel displays noticeable signs of aging, with old, worn-out towels, damaged artwork, and malfunctioning room amenities (safe, door lock).

- Inattentive Service: Restaurant personnel were unresponsive, often requiring guests to get their own silverware.

I'll be back at this hotel again.

Good location and a decent kids club with entertainment for children, no problems

Dirty in the restaurant area, the staff seems to be trying but not very successful. Everything on the territory is old and worn out, air conditioners in the rooms are dirty and moldy, shower cabin is leaking, furniture is worn out and tired, bed linen is dirty.
