WishalIt was a convenient stay. Not exceptionally good but not too bad either.
The staff at this property were all so nice and welcoming. Their service was great. I had seen some bad reviews about their breakfast but I honestly thought breakfast was decent. The location of the property is excellent if you want to be in the Konyalti beach area! The pool was just the perfect temperature. The room had a little balcony which I enjoyed a lot. The staff were also super helpful whenever we needed a taxi.
A few things. The bedding wasn't comfortable. They don't have duvets or anything, it was more like a bedspread which we found uncomfortable. When we asked for a duvet they told us they didn't have any. There was also a problem with the bidet in our bathroom which we told them about right after we checked in but that was never resolved. Also, at times, there's a really bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom and it's at very random times so sometimes in the middle of the night we woke up to that strange smell. They also have a no outside food in the hotel policy which isn't mentioned at the time of reservation, and I found that a bit strange given that this isn’t an all inclusive hotel. They do have a restaurant on their property.
