Very Poor

The staff were lovely.

The spa staff are exceptional with high-quality services.

-The room had a very strong smell of mould that was impossible to get rid of.

-The beach was full of seaweed which is not the fault of the hotel as tides change, but it was also full of trash, which the hotel can control.

We received a very nice room with a pleasant terrace and a view of the sea. The hotel and room style reminded me of the Maldives or a Caribbean atmosphere. The food was very tasty, there were good daytime programs in the ZEN garden and also in the evening.

We stayed at the hotel with my partner and our small dog. I can't really find anything to complain about - maybe if the small dog could be with us in more places, for example by the pool, in the restaurant, and at the bar. We had very nice walks with him on the beach and we would go back again. I could even imagine a heated pool.

Párommal és a kis kutyával voltunk a szállodában. Nem igazán tudok mibe belekötni- esetleg ha a kis kutya még több helyen ,például medencénél, étteremben bárban is ott lehetne velünk. A parton nagyon jókat sétáltunk vele és újra visszamennénk. Egy fűtőtt medencét még el tudnék képzelni.

We had sunbeds directly outside our villa that were included but people would take them as they weren't labelled properly

Lots of rubbish on the beach

The bar staff seemed very overworked, working 16-hour days, and at times understandably grumpy or inattentive

There is an option to scan a QR code and order drinks at your table but it's often ignored if they're too busy

We made a reservation at one of the restaurants and when we arrived, they said we had cancelled. I suggested they might have made a mistake but guest services insisted we had cancelled and then decided to accommodate us anyway. It felt like when someone suggests you've misspelled your own name

They wouldn't provide a spare room card so you couldn't leave your fridge on during the day as it required the room card

Beds were too big for just one duvet

Cleaners and staff often chatted outside at 8.15am

The seats at some bar areas were mouldy as they were left outside

Our booking.com deal promised us a free massage but they didn't honour it. However, they did offer us free champagne and reservations in the upscale restaurants, so that was fair

The food was very varied and the pizza was great

No iron available, which was a real inconvenience. There was a laundry service but nothing if you only wanted something pressed

No snorkels were available

The beers were served in 250ml glasses (less than half a pint) and often had a large head
