They do not speak English. Lacks professional service ability.

They do not change bed sheets and pillowcases enough. Only changed on Saturdays as far as I understand. Many issues with shower and shower cabin.

Warning, fraud! The hotel is unsuitable for living, Booking does not help at all!

I really liked the exclusive spa area and excellent sauna. This is the merit of an external team of two people, not the hotel. The masseur is an absolute professional in his field! Irina and I give him a solid 5+. We had a paid massage with them, and this is the only bright spot in this nightmare vacation.

Holiday from May 14 to 19, 2026 at Elysion Elite Hotel- is the worst place we have encountered. Complete deception! There was no mention in Booking or in the pre-arrival notifications that the hotel is in need of massive renovation. The hotel was empty, there were only 7 visitors at the time of check-in, and all were deeply shocked. The management simply mocks people: guests who arrived on the 10th were sent to another hotel for 3 days, and then returned back to this nightmare. Furthermore, the Booking support was absolutely powerless and couldn't help at all!

The entire vacation is a juxtaposition between builders and construction waste, of which there is a huge amount on the territory. None of the declared services were provided normally.

Inside there is nothing except a bed. There is a strong smell of paint, everything is in construction dust, rooms were not cleaned after building works. Some areas are partially destroyed. The fork is missing from the fridge! The TV shows only white noise. There are no basic amenities: there is no hot water in the hotel, it is impossible to wash! Wi-Fi only works in the lobby, there is no connection in the rooms and on the territory.

There are two pools on the territory. The one with 3 children's slides was in incredibly dirty condition until the last day. Only on the very last day it was somewhat cleaned and the slides were turned on, but only for half a day, and then turned off again. The main pool was cleaned only on the third day. The beach is absolutely not well-maintained, heaps of garbage everywhere. Instead of sun canopies, there were naked metal pipes sticking out of the ground — there was no protective material on them. Several old gazebos were in an emergency condition. The administration went crazy, only after we caused a big scandal and made fun of them, they brought the gazebos into a godly appearance and set up loungers only after that.

A group of animators arrived, but the playground was completely destroyed. The kids had to decorate it themselves! They never received the new equipment.
