We will definitely come back!

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel, and it is always a real pleasure.

The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to Merve for her kindness, her smile, and the quality of her welcome.

Exceptional

The hotel is excellent high class. Every day there are events, parties. The food is superb. The girls animators keep everyone entertained.

Fair

The hotel is mediocre. Not worth the price.

The first thing to note is the very green and beautiful hotel grounds. The second thing we liked was the staff, very polite, immediately trying to help and resolve your issue. And the third, a large clean children's playroom! Very diverse and suitable for any age.

Tasty ice cream and desserts in the confectionery shop.

But that's all.

By the end of the vacation, we really wanted to leave quickly. And now, in order:

- Old disgusting rooms. (Photos attached)

- Terrible cleaning in the rooms. We had to persuade the staff to come and clean up, but it was very poorly done. The sink, bathtub, and shower were not cleaned, toothbrushes and cotton pads were not replenished, even though we always left good tips. Only after complaints to the management towards the end of our stay, our room was cleaned well. 😄

The food is not great. Often cold and tasteless. Sometimes by mid-morning, you find empty dishes (4 times in a row) and only after 15 minutes something will be added. This should not happen... Also, one day the porridge was like porridge, and the next day they just took rice or oatmeal and poured milk over it, which was impossible to eat. The same with the soups, sometimes normal, sometimes just salty water.

The beach is also mediocre. In the evening, there is trash, and bottles lying around. It was not to our liking.

They overcharge at every step. If you don't want to be crowded on the beach with everyone, there are cabanas available for 100€, if you don't want to eat terrible food at the restaurant, there are 4 restaurants, but the prices there are like at Michelin (and not tasty). The laundry service is also outrageously priced, and they didn't even wash the t-shirts for the child. As for the spa, I won't even start talking about it, just a regular 1.5-hour massage for me and my husband cost us 500€, even though it was a mediocre massage (they didn't even provide disposable underwear).

The photographers are too pushy, they directly approach you to take photos with them. They bark, meow, and shout at you. Constantly approaching you and asking the same thing, and if you refuse, they give you an odd look... and there were 10 of them around the hotel. Too much.
