My young son got hurt and they failed to offer initial medical help.
They only applied iodine without dressing or bandaging, and when I inquired, they demanded £100 for cleaning and bandaging.
However, they should supply a first aid kit with cleaning and bandaging, which does not cost much and should be provided at no extra charge. Or at least for a very minimal fee.
