AysanA pleasant stay overall, providing comfort and enjoyment.
The meals were delicious, offering a wide selection and consistently excellent quality. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, covering both rooms and public spaces. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Entertainment choices were somewhat restricted and have room for enhancement. The beverages did not meet expectations, particularly in comparison to the food standards. Additionally, the predominant use of German for communication and activities posed occasional challenges.
