Nice family hotel, good value for money, great location

Several pools, wide variety of food, fun animation team and beautiful activities, slides were great, staff was very nice especially Serkan and the waiter from Mardin. But also at the reception and other places they all had a smile. For real relaxation, a massage is definitely recommended. Advice from Tolga was good.

I would choose it again, except for some employees, it was a very pleasant and friendly hotel.

The food at the facility was excellent. There were many options, all very delicious. The entertainers were very attentive. Aqua was extremely fun. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly, except for some. We would like to thank Tevfik Bey at the Tiki bar especially. Everything was very good, from the cocktails he made to his attitude and manner. In addition, the hotel's beach was very beautiful. The beach was sandy, and the sea was not too deep suddenly. There were showers and dressing rooms at the beach.

The only bad thing at the restaurant was the spreadable chocolate was bad. Some of the staff at Aqua and some of the staff at the snack bar were a bit rude and had a bad attitude. At the same time, one of the employees at the bar offered us to drink alcohol instead of making a non-alcoholic cocktail. Also, the pools were crowded depending on the crowd.
