Disappointed

It is worth mentioning positively that some staff members were very friendly, helpful, and dedicated.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.

Otherwise, the negative impressions outweighed for us. The hotel appears to be in need of renovation overall. We had to change rooms after the first night as the first room had significant defects. The second room also had issues, including an unpleasant smell, poor water drainage in the bathroom, and high noise disturbance from loud music outside, even with the window closed.

From our point of view, the quality of the food and drinks did not meet a 5-star standard. There was a wide selection, but the quality was clearly lacking. The drinks were also disappointing.

Furthermore, we had the impression that the hotel accommodates more guests than it can handle. This was evident daily with overcrowded pools, long lines at the bars, and generally very high occupancy.

Additionally, the hotel is not directly located on the beach as the description suggests. To reach the beach, we first had to cross a street and then walk a bit on foot.

Overall, the price-performance ratio does not meet our expectations. For the price paid, we would have expected much more from a 5-star hotel.

Diverse entertainment options and pool activities

Sunbeds without cushions, not typical for a 5-star hotel. I would rate this hotel as a 4-star. The housekeeping staff were exceptional and most of the bar staff were great. However, the lady at the dessert counter was extremely rude and never smiled.

Lovely

The staff is very helpful, we loved it from the beginning to the end. Delicious, plenty of food options. The Turkish bath is beautiful. Very good location.
