In general, the stay was very comfortable, with a wide variety of food, all very fresh and tasty. There were plenty of entertainment options for all generations. Particularly enjoyed the work of Katerina, who recommended visiting the restaurant Alya Kart, which left a lot of impressions on the child.

We had a wonderful break with my family. I requested a peaceful room and adjacent rooms, and our request was granted, which we really appreciated. This is our second stay at this hotel, even though it used to be called Alva Donna.
Rooms could use better cleaning. The restaurant service was excellent, but the tables were not always very clean.

Tasty coffee at the cafe. Updated spa, good sauna, hammam, steam room, snow generator, pool. In March, the slopes were open. Attentive and friendly waiters in the panoramic restaurant. On March 8th, ladies received a card and a rose. The refrigerators in the rooms are restocked daily. Renovations are ongoing, flowers are blooming, it will be healthy and fun in the summer. The animators are great, they do their best. The evening illumination on the territory is beautiful. The excellent performance by the pianist pleased. Cold pool, although they claimed it was 27 degrees, for some reason no one believed it. Poor hungry cats. The first hotel with such an attitude towards animals. They would steal each other's food. The poolside waiters started to be more attentive, probably after complaints, as they had not paid attention to the guests for a week. The food is monotonous, without delicacies. There is little greenery on the territory, not much space to walk, but many tables everywhere, statues, fountains. A toothbrush, toothpaste are provided, but you have to ask for them for some reason. Evenings are very boring for non-drinkers. Understandable, it's not the season. But still... it's exclusive.... so to speak.... A bouquet of flowers ordered through the guest relations, on March 8th, lasted only two days, as it was made of wilted, old flowers, which was very disappointing. Overall, a good vacation, in a usual 5-star hotel. We go to sunny and warm Turkey, to the wonderful sea, and that's enough! Thank you, Turkey!
Холодный бассейн, хотя утверждали, что 27 градусов, почему-то никто не верил. Бедные, голодные кошки. Первый отель, где такое отношение к животным. Они вырывали еду друг у друга. Официанты у бассейна стали подходить, наверное, после жалоб, т.к. неделю не обращали внимания на отдыхающих. Еда однообразная, без изысков. На территории зелени мало, прогуляться негде, но много столиков везде, статуй, фонтанов. Зубная щётка, паста есть, но надо просить почему-то... очень скучно вечером тем, кто не пьёт... Понятно, не сезон. Но, все же.... это же excluziv....как бы.... Букет цветов, заказанный через гость релейшн, на 8 марта, простоял два дня, т.к. был собран из переломанных, старых цветов, что очень расстроило. В целом хороший отдых, в обычном отеле 5 звезд. Едем в любимую Турцию за солнцем и теплом, шикарным морюшком, а этого предостаточно! Спасибо, Турция!
