The air conditioners in the kids club are always working, even when there are children there. It is very drafty.

The quality of food clearly does not reach the declared five-star level. The choice of dishes is mediocre: no red fish, seafood products appear very rarely, juices - not freshly squeezed, but packaged, ice cream - with a clearly artificial taste. The 'honey in the nets' in taste resembles crystallized sugar, not a natural product. As a result, the impression of the restaurant significantly spoiled the overall vacation experience. Alcohol is third-rate.
The most unpleasant thing is the situation at the reception. Manager Lily did not let our relatives even into the lobby area, despite the fact that we ourselves went to the staircase, presented them, and explained that they came specifically to us. For a hotel of this level, it looked extremely unprofessional and strange. The relatives flew in from Germany and were sincerely perplexed why they could not simply enter the common area while we were getting organized.
