We liked the location, friendly reception.

First of all, the room had a flaw. With a water leak in the bathroom confirmed by the host, but we were told that for once, it was nothing and they would fix it later when we were gone. Then on the kitchen, service, and especially the bar side. I saw incompetence but this is heavy! IN SHORT, WE WON'T COME BACK.

The Worst Hotel I Have Stayed At in 25 Years of Traveling

This is without a doubt the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 25 years of traveling. The experience was a complete disaster from start to finish.

Unbearable smell: The room smelled strongly of chlorine.

Terrible service: The staff provided terrible service and showed a complete lack of hospitality.

Forced to leave immediately: The conditions were so poor that we chose to check out the exact same night we arrived, even though we were booked for several days. We did not get any money back.

It was so bad that we had no choice but to book a room at another hotel nearby for the rest of our stay.

Stay far away from this place!

Hotel Belek

I enjoyed the room, it was modern and everything was in working order. The child loved the water slides and the large pool. The food was delicious and fresh, they served me red fish twice, the chicken was also tasty, fresh, and there were ripe fruits: apples, oranges, watermelons, and melons.

The coffee was tasty both in the restaurant and in the lobby.

The internet connection is very good.

Nearby is the Land of Legends, I recommend everyone to visit.

Beautiful green area surrounding the hotel and pool.

Comfortable sunbeds with shade from palm trees and trees.

I recommend getting a massage: it includes a hammam, sauna, body scrub, soap massage, tea, and a relaxing massage, as well as a clay face mask.

Friendly female masseuses Gonja and Yoni.

There is a free beach by the sea with sun loungers and wicker umbrellas, the sunset is beautiful, and the sand is fine.

The rooms were not cleaned at all, we had to ask for toilet paper, they only came to take out the garbage. Beach towels were never provided, we only got them once. Spicy shakshuka and chicken were served.

The shower door was difficult to close and needs repair.

When you take a shower, water leaks onto the floor. There is also mold in the shower.

I wanted to go to the sea in the evening, but the last shuttle leaves at 15:10 and returns at 17:30.

The balcony is very small with no place to hang anything.

There are different balconies and we got the smallest one where there is no space to sit in the evening.

The booking mentioned a snack bar, but it was actually just several types of cookies from 4-5pm. The cookies were tasty, but it wasn't a full snack bar.
