Everything was great, the cleaning was good, the food was very delicious, and the staff was friendly, especially in the bar. There was a receptionist named Serdar S. He makes a very good cocktail.

The staff was sweet and accommodating. There was plenty to do and see. New shows every day. Good pools with fun water slides - and plenty to do for the kids.
The staff is better at speaking German than English. They have mostly German guests, so assume everyone speaks German 😅
